Mattresses
Babyhood makes mattresses for every stage of the first few years, from the bassinet beside your bed to the cot your baby will still be sleeping in as a toddler. The construction is consistent across all of them: a firm, level sleeping surface, a Breathe Eze bonded fibre pad that lets air move through rather than trapping it, a removable cover you can wash, and firmness tested to AS/NZS 8811-1:2013.

**Bassinet mattresses** are for the first few months, sized to fit bassinets and Moses baskets exactly.
**Cradle mattresses** cover cradles, rocking bassinets and bedside co sleepers, where the fit tolerances are tight and the original mattress is usually the best guide to the size.
**Cot mattresses** are the longest serving purchase in the nursery. They come in every standard Australian cot size, in foam core and innerspring construction, and they carry through the conversion from cot to toddler bed.
**Porta cot mattresses** are for travel cots and play use, sized for portable frames.
