1. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. The promotion commences at on 1/12/2017 and ends at 10 am AEST (Brisbane time) on 22 December 2017.
3. Entry is open only to Australian residents over the age of 18. Entry is not open to babyhood and Nuna employees.

Eligible entrants will automatically receive one entry into the promotion when they:

1. The winner will be selected by Nuna Australia. There will be only one winner.
2. The judging will take place on 22 December 2017. Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. The winners will be notified via Instagram Post announcement within two business days of the draw date.
4. There will be only one prize. The winning entry will receive a Leaf Curv in French Grey on the condition that the entrant provides their postal address within 5 business days of receipt of the Facebook or Instagram message.
5. We will take no responsibility if the prize winner’s contact details are incorrect or incomplete and the prize winner cannot be contacted.
6. The prize will be deposited or sent by post to the Prize Winner within 6 weeks from the draw date. We will cover all postage costs.
7. We reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
8. The name of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by us, unless a winner otherwise notifies us at the time of entering the competition that they do not wish to be promoted. Eligible Entrants consent to us using personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding any prizes.
9. We reserve the right to re-use any material posted into the competition for marketing and promotion purposes on Facebook, Instagram and our website, emails, print ads and other promotional materials.
10. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, we (including our officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of property); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
    • Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under our control);
    • Any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference.
    • Claims are not transferable, assignable or exchangeable for other goods or services.
11. All entries become our property.
12. This competition/promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and Instagram and that Facebook will not be responsible any entrant in respect to this competition pursuant to their terms.
